Auto-Rickshaw
From the center of Jammu, you can find auto-rickshaws near the Raghunath Temple or the Jammu Bus Stand. Ask the driver to take you to Satwari, Raipur Satwari. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach the Satwari area, ask the driver to drop you near MRMV+V9J, which is recognized as Ayush Jammu. The landmark will be close to local shops and eateries.
Public Bus
Head to the Jammu Bus Stand, where you can catch a local bus heading towards Satwari. Make sure to ask the bus conductor if it stops at Raipur Satwari. The bus ride will take about 30-40 minutes. After getting off at the Satwari stop, you can walk to the address MRMV+V9J; it should be a short 5-10 minute walk. Look for signage or locals who can direct you to Ayush Jammu.

If you are near the Jammu Railway Station, you can walk towards the Jammu Bus Stand and then continue on to Satwari. It's approximately a 3 km walk, which should take about 35-40 minutes. Once in Satwari, proceed to MRMV+V9J. If you need directions, don’t hesitate to ask locals along the way.
