If you are starting from the Jammu Railway Station, exit the station and head southeast on the main road. Walk for about 2 km until you reach the intersection with Shalamar Road. Turn left onto Shalamar Road and continue walking for another 1 km. The Shree Ranbireshwar Temple will be on your right, near the Civil Secretariat. Look for the distinctive temple structure; it is hard to miss.

The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to have small change ready, as some drivers may not have change for larger bills.
