If you are starting from the Jammu Railway Station, exit the station and head straight towards the main road. From the main road, take a right and continue walking until you reach the intersection with the Tawi River on your left. Cross the bridge over the Tawi River and continue straight. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach Dogra Chowk. City Square is located just a short walk from Dogra Chowk.

From any point in Jammu, you can hire an auto-rickshaw to take you to City Square. Simply tell the driver 'Dogra Chowk, Vinayaq Bazaar'. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Dogra Chowk, walk a few minutes down Vinayaq Bazaar, and you will see City Square on your left.
