If you are starting from the Jammu Railway Station, exit the station and head towards the main road. Turn left onto the main road, which is the Jammu-Akhnoor Road. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Shalimar Road. Turn right onto Shalimar Road. After about 500 meters, you will see Shree Ranbireshwar Temple on your left side, near the Civil Secretariat.

From anywhere in Jammu, you can hire an auto-rickshaw by telling the driver 'Shree Ranbireshwar Temple, near Civil Secretariat'. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure that the driver is familiar with the temple's location, which is on Shalimar Road.

Locate the nearest bus stop and catch a bus headed towards 'Shalimar'. Once you board, inform the conductor you wish to get off at the stop near Shree Ranbireshwar Temple. The temple is approximately a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. After getting off, walk towards Shalimar Road, and the temple will be on your right.
