If you are at the Mehrangarh Fort, you can walk to Ranisar Talab. Exit the fort and head southeast on Fort Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jodhpur - Pali Road. Turn left and walk for about 10 minutes. You will see the lake on your right.

Locate the nearest bus stop in Jodhpur. Take a bus heading towards the Old City and ask the conductor to drop you off near Ranisar Talab. Once you get off, follow the signs or local directions to reach the lake, which should be about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
