Start your journey at the Kanyakumari Bus Stand, which is centrally located. From the bus stand, walk towards the main road (Kanyakumari - Nagercoil Road). Continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the junction near the Vivekananda Rock Memorial. At this junction, take a right turn onto the road leading to the beach area. Follow the road along the coast for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will see the entrance to Sooriya Uthayam on your left, just before reaching the beach.

From your location in Kanyakumari, hail an auto rickshaw and tell the driver to take you to Sooriya Uthayam, located near the beach pavilion. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will likely take you through the main roads, passing by the Kanyakumari Temple and the Vivekananda Rock Memorial. Once you reach the beach area, they will drop you off at the entrance to Sooriya Uthayam.
