If you are driving from the city center of Srinagar, head southeast on Lal Chowk towards the Boulevard Road. Continue on Boulevard Road until you reach the intersection with Maulana Azad Road. Turn left onto Maulana Azad Road and follow it for approximately 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the traffic circle, take the second exit onto Nohata Road. Continue straight for about 500 meters; you will see the Old Secretariat on your right at the address 3RF4+397, Nohata, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir 190009.

From the main bus station in Srinagar (Parimpora Bus Stand), take a local bus heading towards Nohata. Ensure the bus route includes a stop at Nohata.
