If you're starting from Fort Kochi, head east on Parade Ground Road towards the Main Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the MG Road. Turn left onto MG Road and walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the Mattancherry Bridge. Cross the bridge, and once you get to the other side, the palace will be about a 10-minute walk straight ahead. Look for the signs that point towards Mattancherry Palace.

From Fort Kochi, you can take a ferry to Mattancherry. Head to the Fort Kochi Jetty and board a ferry heading towards Mattancherry. The ferry ride will take around 15 minutes.
