Walking
If you're starting from the Kohima War Cemetery, head east on the main road. Continue walking for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach the junction at New Minister's Hill. Turn right at the junction and follow the road uphill for approximately 500 meters. Eventually, you will see signs leading to the Botanical Garden on your left.

From the main market area (Kohima Local Market), head south towards the Old NST Bus Station. Once you reach the bus station, take the main road leading uphill towards New Minister's Hill. Walk for about 1.5 kilometers, and as you approach the top of the hill, look for signage indicating the direction to the Botanical Garden. It will be located on your right side.

If you're near the state museum, exit the museum and walk north towards the main road. Turn right and walk straight for about 800 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the road leading to New Minister's Hill. Continue for about 600 meters, and you will find the Botanical Garden on your left.
