If you're traveling by car, start from Mumbai. Take the NH 66 highway towards Alibaug. Continue on the highway for approximately 100 km until you reach the town of Pen. From Pen, follow the signs to the village of Kurvande. As you approach Kurvande, look for the signs directing you to Duke's Nose Ridge, also known as 'Nakhind Ridge'. The final stretch will require some off-road driving, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for rugged terrain.

For those using public transportation, take a local train from Mumbai to Karjat. Trains are frequent and the journey takes about 2 hours. Once you arrive in Karjat, you can hire a local taxi or an auto-rickshaw to reach Kurvande. Specify to the driver that you want to go to Duke's Nose Ridge. The taxi ride will take around 30 minutes. Ensure to negotiate the fare beforehand or use a ride-hailing app if available.
