Walking
From the main market area of Leh, head east towards the Leh Palace. Walk along the main road (Fort Road) and keep following the signs directing you to the palace. The distance is about 1.5 kilometers, which should take approximately 20-30 minutes on foot. As you approach the palace, you will see a steep path leading up the hill. Follow this path to reach the entrance of Leh Palace and enjoy the stunning views along the way.
Rickshaw
If you prefer not to walk, you can hire a local rickshaw from the main market area. Inform the driver that you want to go to Leh Palace (Namgyal Hill).
