Walking
If you are starting from Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple, head east from the temple entrance onto East Chitrai Street. Walk straight until you reach the junction with North Masi Street. Turn right onto North Masi Street and continue walking. After about 300 meters, you will see Pudhu Mandapam on your left, just before the junction with South Masi Street.
Auto Rickshaw
From any point in Madurai, you can take an auto rickshaw to Pudhu Mandapam. Simply tell the driver 'Pudhu Mandapam near Madurai Main.' The ride from the Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple area should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off directly at the entrance.

Look for a local bus that stops at Madurai Main. You can board any bus heading towards the Madurai Main area. Once you get off, walk towards North Masi Street. Pudhu Mandapam is a short walk from the bus stop; head northwest along North Masi Street and you will find it on your left side.
Cycling
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop. Start from the Meenakshi Amman Temple and take East Chitrai Street, then turn right onto North Masi Street. Continue cycling straight until you reach Pudhu Mandapam on your left, just past the junction with South Masi Street.
