    If you are starting from the Meenakshi Amman Temple, exit the temple complex and head south on South Avani Moola Street. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Mahal Vadampokki Street. Turn right onto Mahal Vadampokki Street and walk straight for approximately 500 meters. You will see the Ten Pillar monument on your left.

    From Madurai railway station, hire an auto rickshaw and tell the driver to take you to Mahal Vadampokki Street. It is a short ride of about 2.5 km, which should take around 10 minutes.
