Walking
From the main market area of Manali, head towards the Mall Road. Walk along the Mall Road until you reach the Manali Bus Stand. This should take around 10 minutes. From the Bus Stand, you can take a local bus towards Simsa Village or Nasogi. The fare is usually around 20-30 INR. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the 'Private Bus Parking, Simsa Village'. This bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you get off at the bus parking area, you can see signs or ask locals for the Beas River View Point, which is about a 10-15 minute walk uphill from there. Follow the path leading towards the viewpoint, and enjoy the scenic views of the Beas River along the way.
Local Bus
From the main market area of Manali, walk to the Manali Bus Stand. Look for a bus heading towards Simsa Village or Nasogi. The buses are frequent and usually leave every 15-20 minutes. The fare is approximately 20-30 INR. After about 15-20 minutes of travel, request the driver to let you off at the 'Private Bus Parking, Simsa Village'. Once you disembark, follow the pedestrian path uphill towards the Beas River View Point, which is around a 10-15 minute walk. Keep an eye out for directional signs or ask locals for assistance.
Trekking
If you enjoy trekking, you can start from the Hadimba Temple, which is about a 30-minute walk from the main market area of Manali. From Hadimba Temple, take the trail leading towards Simsa Village. The trek is scenic and will take around 1 hour to reach the Beas River View Point. Follow the trail signs, and remember to carry water and snacks for the journey.
