Walking
If you are in Manali town, walk towards the Old Manali Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue walking straight until you reach the Mall Road. From the Mall Road, you can take a local bus or a shared taxi towards Naggar. Ask the driver to drop you at Patlikuhal. Once you reach Patlikuhal, Naggar, you will see signs for Naggar Castle. It's about a 10-15 minute walk uphill from the bus stop.
Local Bus
From the Manali Bus Stand, take a local bus heading towards Naggar. The buses are frequent and you can ask the conductor to alert you when you reach Patlikuhal. Once you get off at Patlikuhal, follow the Patlikuhal - Naggar Road uphill. Naggar Castle is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop; follow the signs for the castle.
Shared Taxi
At the Manali Taxi Stand, find a shared taxi heading towards Naggar. It will take about 30 minutes to reach Patlikuhal. Inform the driver that you want to visit Naggar Castle. After you arrive, you will need to walk approximately 15 minutes uphill along the Patlikuhal - Naggar Road to reach the castle.
