Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Solang Valley, start by heading towards the Solang Valley Ski Resort. Follow the main path leading towards Burwa. Continue on this path for about 1.5 kilometers, keeping an eye out for signposts directing you towards Girnar Waterfall. The trail will become steeper and wind through lush greenery, providing a scenic view as you proceed.

• Trekking

  After approximately 1.5 kilometers of walking, you will reach the base of the hills. At this point, you can choose to follow the trekking route that leads to Girnar Waterfall. This trek is roughly 2 kilometers long and may take about 30-45 minutes depending on your pace. The path can be rocky, so ensure you wear proper trekking shoes. Along the way, you will encounter beautiful views and the sounds of nature.

• Local Guides

  If you're unsure about the trek, consider hiring a local guide who can assist you. Local guides are often available in Solang Valley and can provide valuable insights about the area. The typical cost for a guide is around INR 500-1000 for a half-day trip, depending on the guide's experience and negotiation.

• Public Transport (if needed)

  In case you need to reach a nearby location for the trek, you can take a local bus from Solang Valley to Burwa. Buses run frequently and the fare is relatively inexpensive, usually around INR 20-50. From Burwa, you would still need to walk or trek to reach Girnar Waterfall.
