From Solang Valley, head towards the Solang Ski Resort area. Follow the path leading to the main road (Leh Manali Highway). Once you reach the highway, turn left and continue walking. It is approximately a 30-40 minute walk along the highway. You will pass several beautiful sights along the way. Keep an eye out for scenic spots to take photos. Eventually, you will reach Gulaba Viewpoint on the left side of the highway, marked by a small sign.
