Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Imphal, take the NH 37 towards Moreh. Continue for about 18 kilometers until you reach the Sanjenbam area. From there, follow the signs to Baruni Hill Waterfall, located on an unnamed road near the coordinates Q2V6+M5W. Ensure you have a GPS device or navigation app handy, as the roads may be less familiar. Parking is available near the waterfall, but spaces can be limited during peak tourist seasons.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  Catch a bus from Imphal to Moirang or Nambol at the Khuyathong bus stand. Inform the driver you wish to stop at Sanjenbam. The fare is usually around INR 50-100 depending on the service. Once you reach Sanjenbam, you may need to take a local auto-rickshaw to Baruni Hill Waterfall, which will cost approximately INR 100-150. Make sure to confirm the drop-off point with the driver.

• Auto-Rickshaw

  If you're already in Sanjenbam, you can hire an auto-rickshaw to take you directly to Baruni Hill Waterfall. The trip should cost around INR 100-150 and take about 15-20 minutes. It is advisable to negotiate the fare beforehand to avoid any misunderstandings.

• Hiking (from nearest point)

  If you prefer an adventurous approach and are close to the waterfall, you can hike from the nearest accessible road. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes and carry enough water.
