Getting There

• Local Train

  If you are in Mumbai, head to the nearest local train station. For example, if you are at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CST), take a local train towards Churchgate. After arriving at Churchgate station, exit and head towards the main road. Take a right on Veer Nariman Road and walk straight until you reach the intersection with the Kala Ghoda junction. Horniman Circle Garden is located a short walk ahead on Homji Street.

• Metro

  If you are near the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro Line, take the metro towards Ghatkopar and change at Andheri to the Western Line. Take the train towards Churchgate and disembark at Churchgate station. From Churchgate, walk towards the main road (Veer Nariman Road), turn right, and proceed straight until you reach the Kala Ghoda junction. Horniman Circle Garden will be on your left on Homji Street.

• Auto-Rickshaw

  You can easily find an auto-rickshaw from any nearby location. Simply ask the driver to take you to Horniman Circle Garden, located at 11, Homji Street, Kala Ghoda, Fort. The driver should be familiar with the location. Ensure you have small change or an app for cashless payment.

• Walking

  If you are already in the Fort area or Kala Ghoda, you can simply walk to Horniman Circle Garden. Look for Homji Street, which is adjacent to the Kala Ghoda junction. The garden is towards the end of the street and features a large green space, making it a pleasant walk. Follow the signs that indicate the direction to the park.

• Bus

  You can take a BEST bus that goes towards Fort or Kala Ghoda. Check the local bus routes for the nearest bus stop. Once you get off at the nearest stop, ask locals for directions to Horniman Circle Garden located at 11, Homji Street. It’s a popular tourist attraction, so most people will be able to help you.
