At the Borivali bus stop, board a BEST bus (Bus Number 397 or 398) heading towards the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The bus ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Make sure to inform the bus conductor that you are heading to Kanheri Caves so he can guide you accordingly.

Once you arrive at the Sanjay Gandhi National Park entrance, you will need to purchase an entry ticket. After entering the park, follow the signs leading to Kanheri Caves. The caves are about a 2-3 km walk from the entrance, and the path is well marked. You can also consider hiring a cycle or a rickshaw available at the park entrance to reach the caves more comfortably.
