Getting There

  • Local Train

    Start your journey by heading to the nearest railway station based on your current location. If you're in South Mumbai, you can take the local train from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) or Churchgate station. Board a train heading towards the Western Line. If you're coming from the Central Line, transfer at Dadar station. Get off at the 'Dadar' station and switch to the Western Line train towards 'CST' and get off at 'Bandra' station.

  • Walk from Bandra Station

    Once you arrive at Bandra station, exit the station and head towards the Bandra Bandstand area. You can either take a local taxi or rickshaw, or simply walk. The beach is approximately a 20-minute walk from the station. Head down Bandra Hill Road, then turn left onto Bandstand Promenade. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach Rock Beach.

  • Bandra Bus

    If you prefer not to walk, you can take a BEST bus from Bandra station. Look for buses heading towards 'Bandra Bandstand' or 'Bandra West'. The bus stops are located right outside the station. It’s a short ride, and you’ll get off near the beach area. From the bus stop, you can follow signs leading to Bandra Bandstand where Rock Beach is located.

  • Auto Rickshaw

    At Bandra station, you can hire an auto-rickshaw directly to Rock Beach. Auto-rickshaws are available outside the station. Simply tell the driver 'Bandra Bandstand' or 'Rock Beach'. The ride is short and should take around 10 minutes depending on traffic.
