Local Train
If you're near a local train station, take the Western Line towards Churchgate. Get off at Churchgate station. From Churchgate station, exit towards the main road and take a left. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Shahid Bhagat Singh Rd. Turn right onto Shahid Bhagat Singh Rd and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you see the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) building on your left.

Metro
Take the Metro Line 1 to Versova and change at D.N. Nagar to Line 2 towards Andheri West. Get off at the Cuffe Parade station. From the station, head towards the main road and catch a local bus heading towards Fort area. Get off at the Kala Ghoda stop. Once you get off, walk straight down Shahid Bhagat Singh Rd for about 5 minutes, and you will find the BMC building on your right.

You can catch a BEST bus from various parts of the city. Look for buses heading towards Fort or Kala Ghoda. For example, you can take Bus No. 123 or 135. Get off at the Kala Ghoda stop. From there, walk straight down Shahid Bhagat Singh Rd for about 5 minutes. The BMC building will be on your right.

Auto Rickshaw
You can hire an auto rickshaw from your location. Just tell the driver to take you to 'Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation' at 'Kala Ghoda, Fort'. The ride should take you directly to the entrance of the BMC building, which is located at 134-E, Shahid Bhagat Singh Rd.

If you are already in the Fort area, you can simply walk to the BMC building. Look for Shahid Bhagat Singh Rd and walk towards number 134-E. The BMC is a prominent building, so you should be able to see it from a distance.
