Local Train
If you're near a local train station, board a train on the Western Line or the Central Line and head towards Churchgate station. Once you arrive at Churchgate, exit the station and walk towards the East side. From there, you can take a taxi or an auto-rickshaw to Kala Ghoda. Alternatively, you can walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to reach Kala Ghoda Statue in about 20 minutes.
Bus
You can take a BEST bus to reach Kala Ghoda. Find a nearby bus stop and ask for buses heading toward 'Fort' or 'Kala Ghoda'. Common bus numbers in this direction include 123, 174, or 15. Get off at the Kala Ghoda stop. From the bus stop, walk a short distance to K Dubash Marg to find the Kala Ghoda Statue.
Auto-rickshaw
You can easily find an auto-rickshaw from your location. Just tell the driver 'Kala Ghoda' or provide the address: '29/143, K Dubash Marg'. It should cost you around ₹30-₹50, depending on your starting point. The driver will drop you off close to the statue.
Walking
If you're already in the Fort area or near the Gateway of India, you can walk to Kala Ghoda. From Gateway of India, head north along the road until you reach the intersection with K Dubash Marg. Turn left and walk a few minutes until you see the Kala Ghoda Statue.
Metro
While there's no direct metro station at Kala Ghoda, you can take the Metro to Churchgate station. After exiting the station, walk towards the east side and take an auto-rickshaw or walk to Kala Ghoda. It's about a 1.5-kilometer walk or a short auto ride.
