If you are near the Mysore Palace, head east towards the main gate of the palace. From there, take a left onto Sayyaji Rao Road (also known as K.R. Circle). Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Ashoka Road. Turn right onto Ashoka Road and walk for approximately 500 meters. You will see the entrance to the ಮೈಸೂರು ಅರಮನೆ ಉದ್ಯಾನವನ (Mysore Palace Garden) on your left. The garden is well-signposted and easily accessible.

From anywhere in Mysore, flag down an auto-rickshaw and tell the driver 'Mysore Palace Garden' or show them the address: 8M44+3F7, Agrahara, Chamrajpura, Mysuru. The ride will typically take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to check that the meter is running or agree on a fare before starting your journey.

Locate a bus stop nearby and take a bus heading towards the Mysore Palace or K.R. Circle. Common bus numbers that go in that direction include 203, 209, and 218. Once you arrive at K.R. Circle, disembark and walk straight towards Sayyaji Rao Road. Continue walking straight until you reach Ashoka Road, then turn right. The entrance to the ಮೈಸೂರು ಅರಮನೆ ಉದ್ಯಾನವನ (Mysore Palace Garden) will be on your left after a short walk.
