If you're starting from Kohima, the capital of Nagaland, take the NH2 highway heading towards Dimapur. After approximately 20 km, take the exit towards Viswema. Dzüko Valley is located about 10 km from the main road in Viswema. Follow the Dzükou Valley Road, which is a steep and winding route. It's advisable to use a vehicle with good ground clearance due to rough patches on the road. Parking is available at the base camp.
