Walking
Starting from the Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, head down the church steps and turn left onto the main road (Dr. A.B. Road). Walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the road that leads towards the Mandovi River. Continue walking along this road, enjoying the riverside view. After about 15-20 minutes, you will see the Floating Jetty ahead. It is located near the water's edge, and you can easily access it from the pathway.
Public Transport
If you are near the Panaji bus stand, take a local bus heading towards Betim. Once on the bus, ask the conductor to let you know when to get off for the Floating Jetty. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes. After disembarking, walk towards the river and follow the pathway that leads to the jetty. It should take you about 5 minutes on foot from the bus stop.
Bicycle Rental
If you're near the Panaji market area, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Once you have your bike, head towards the Mandovi River by following the road along the waterfront. It’s a scenic route, and you should reach the Floating Jetty in approximately 10-15 minutes of cycling. There are signs along the way directing you to riverside attractions.
