If you are starting from Patna Junction Railway Station, exit the station and head towards the main road, which is Station Road. Once on Station Road, turn left and continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Gandhi Maidan Road. Turn right onto Gandhi Maidan Road. Continue walking for about 500 meters, and you will see Gandhi Maidan on your left. Look for the large open space and the surrounding trees, which are prominent features of the area.
Auto-rickshaw
From any location in Patna, find an auto-rickshaw by waving one down or using a ride-hailing app. Tell the driver 'Gandhi Maidan' or show them the address: North-West Area of Gandhi Maidan Rd, Patna, Bihar 800001. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of Gandhi Maidan. The ride should take approximately 15-30 minutes depending on traffic.
Local Bus
Locate the nearest bus stop and check for buses heading towards Gandhi Maidan or the surrounding areas. You can ask locals for the specific bus number that goes to Gandhi Maidan. Once on the bus, remain on until you hear the bus announce 'Gandhi Maidan' or see the landmark. Get off, and you will be right at the entrance of the park.
