Walking
If you are in the area of White Town, you can simply walk to Bharathi Park. From the famous Aurobindo Ashram, head south on Rue de la Marine towards Rue Saint Gilles. Turn right onto Rue Saint Gilles and walk for about 200 meters. The park entrance will be on your left.
Bicycle
For those renting bicycles, start from the Promenade Beach area. Cycle along the beach road heading towards the Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation (TTDC) office. From there, take Rue de la Marine south and then turn right onto Rue Saint Gilles. Continue cycling for about 500 meters until you reach Bharathi Park on your left.
Auto-rickshaw
If you're near the Puducherry Bus Stand, take an auto-rickshaw to Bharathi Park. Simply tell the driver 'Bharathi Park, Rue Saint Gilles.' The ride will take approximately 10 minutes depending on traffic. The auto will drop you close to the park entrance.
Local Bus
If you prefer public transport, take a local bus that heads towards White Town. You can board the bus from the Puducherry Bus Stand. Get off at the stop closest to Rue de la Marine, and then walk south on Rue de la Marine. Turn right onto Rue Saint Gilles, and you'll find Bharathi Park about 200 meters ahead on your left.
