    If you are starting from the Puducherry Main Bus Stand, head east on Ekkatuthangal Road towards the junction with Rue de la République. Cross the road to enter Rue de la République and continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. When you reach the junction with Maraimalai Adigal Salai, turn left. Continue on this road for about 300 meters until you see the Anna Statue on your right. The Botanical Garden is located just past the statue on your left.

    From your location in central Puducherry, you can hire an auto-rickshaw. Tell the driver you want to go to the Botanical Garden near Anna Statue in Orleanpet. The ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey, as it can vary. The driver will drop you off near the entrance of the Botanical Garden, which is located on Maraimalai Adigal Salai.

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Puducherry. Start from the Pondy Beach area and cycle towards the east on Dumas Street until you reach Rue de la République. Turn right onto Rue de la République and continue for about 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the junction with Maraimalai Adigal Salai, turn left and cycle for another 300 meters. The Botanical Garden will be on your left, just past the Anna Statue.
