Car
If you are driving from Amritsar, take NH 3 towards Jalandhar. Continue on NH 3 until you reach the Samrala Bypass. Merge onto NH 44 and head towards Ludhiana. After passing Ludhiana, continue on NH 44 towards Chandigarh. Once you reach Chandigarh, take the exit for NH 5 towards Zirakpur. Follow NH 5 to reach the Punjab and Haryana border, then continue straight onto NH 5 until you arrive in Lahore, Pakistan. Park your car in a secure area near the Walled City of Lahore. Deewan-e-Aam is located in the Walled City, so be prepared to walk or take a rickshaw from your parking spot.
Bus
For those using public transportation, take a bus from major cities in Punjab to Lahore. Buses frequently run from Amritsar, Jalandhar, and Ludhiana to Lahore. Once you arrive at the Lahore bus terminal, take a local taxi or rickshaw to the Walled City. Inform the driver to take you to Circular Road. The fare for a taxi should be around PKR 200-300. Upon reaching Circular Road, Deewan-e-Aam is a short walk from the main road.
Rickshaw
If you are already within Lahore, the easiest way to get to Deewan-e-Aam is by taking a rickshaw. Simply ask the rickshaw driver to take you to Circular Road in the Walled City. The fare should be around PKR 100-150 depending on your starting point. Be sure to clarify that you want to visit Deewan-e-Aam, which is a well-known landmark, so the driver will know the exact location.
