Car
If you are driving from the Puri city center, start by heading south on Grand Road (also known as Bada Danda) towards the Swargadwar area. Continue straight until you reach the intersection near the beach. Turn left onto Hospital Road. Follow Hospital Road for about 2 kilometers. You will pass local shops and residential areas. The Bankimuhan Ramachandi Temple will be on your left, near Chari Chaka, Badasankha. There is usually street parking available, but be cautious of local parking regulations.
Auto Rickshaw
For those preferring public transport, you can hire an auto rickshaw from anywhere in Puri. Simply tell the driver 'Bankimuhan Ramachandi Temple' or give them the address: Hospital Rd, Chari Chaka, Badasankha, Puri, Odisha 752002. The fare will depend on your starting point, but expect to pay around ₹100-₹200 for a ride from the main areas of Puri. The auto rickshaw will drop you off right at the temple entrance.
Public Bus
If you want to travel more economically, look for local buses heading towards Badasankha. Buses from the main bus stand in Puri are frequent. Ask the conductor to drop you at Hospital Road or Chari Chaka. Once you disembark, the temple is approximately a 10-minute walk straight on Hospital Road. Be mindful of the bus schedule and ensure to check the timings for your return trip.
