Getting There

Walking
From the center of Pushkar, head towards the Pushkar Lake. Walk along the main street, known as 'Pushkar Bazaar', which is lined with shops and cafes. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you reach the lake's edge. You will see the ghats (steps leading down to the water) as you approach. Once you reach the lake, head north along the lakeside path, enjoying the beautiful views. After about 500 meters, you will come to a point where the path branches. Take the left path, which leads uphill towards the hills surrounding Pushkar.

Continue along the left path for approximately 800 meters. You will start to see signs pointing towards Gayatri Mata Temple. The trail will become steeper as you ascend. Follow the signs and the well-marked path. As you climb, take your time to enjoy the scenic views of Pushkar and the surrounding landscape. After about 30 minutes of trekking, you will reach the temple entrance.
