Walking
Start from the Pushkar Lake area, which is a central spot in Pushkar. From the lake, head towards the main market area, passing by shops and local vendors. Keep walking straight until you reach the end of the market street. Look for signs pointing towards the Ropeway or ask locals if you get lost. After exiting the market, continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the base of the hill where the Ropeway station is located. The station is well-signposted.
Auto Rickshaw
From any central location in Pushkar, such as the Pushkar Camel Fair grounds or the main market, you can hire an auto rickshaw. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Rope Way Ending Point or simply say 'Ropeway'. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey as prices can vary. The driver will drop you off at the base of the hill, where you can either take the Ropeway or continue walking to the ending point.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, there are several bicycle rental shops in Pushkar. Rent a bicycle and head towards the Ropeway area. Start from the Pushkar Lake and cycle along the main road towards the hills. Follow the road signs indicating the direction of the Ropeway. It’s about a 3-kilometer ride, so be prepared for some uphill cycling as you reach the hill area. You can park your bicycle at the base of the Ropeway.
