From the main market area in Rishikesh, head towards the Laxman Jhula Bridge. Once you reach the bridge, cross it and continue straight. After crossing, take the first right onto Swarg Ashram Road. Follow this road until you reach the fork, and stay left. Continue walking until you see a sign for Bliss Ghat. It will be on your left after a short stroll through the scenic area.

If you're near the main market or Laxman Jhula, you can take an auto-rickshaw directly to Bliss Ghat. Simply tell the driver 'Bliss Ghat in Tapovan'. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The rickshaw will drop you off near the entrance of Bliss Ghat.
