Walking
From the center of Rishikesh, head towards the Ram Jhula bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight along the main road, which will take you towards the outskirts of the city. Follow the signs toward Kotdwar, and after approximately 2 kilometers, you will reach the junction where you can see directions for Kanvashram. Continue on this road for about 5 kilometers until you see the sign for Kanvashram on your right. The ashram is located on Kanvashram Rd, Chokighata.

Hail an auto-rickshaw from any point in Rishikesh. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kanvashram, located on Kanvashram Rd in Kotdwar. The ride should take about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. You can expect to pay around 200-300 INR for the trip. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of the ashram.

Walk to the nearest bus stand in Rishikesh. Look for buses heading to Kotdwar. Once aboard, inform the conductor that you want to get off at Kanvashram. The bus ride will take about 45 minutes. After getting off, walk a short distance back towards the road where you will find the entrance to the ashram. Buses run frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long.
