If you are starting from the Rishikesh bus station, exit the station and head south towards the main road. Walk along the main road (Dehradun Road) for about 1 km until you reach the junction where you can see a signboard for Lakshman Jhula. Turn left and continue walking for another 1.5 km. You will cross the beautiful Ganga river via the Lakshman Jhula bridge. After crossing, continue on the path that leads to Tapovan. Sunset Point is located near this area. Look for signs pointing to Sunset Point.

Auto-rickshaw

From your location in Rishikesh, you can take an auto-rickshaw directly to Lakshman Jhula. Simply tell the driver you want to go to 'Lakshman Jhula, Tapovan.'
