Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the Laxman Jhula area, head south towards the river. Follow the road along the riverbank, passing by the various shops and eateries. Continue walking until you reach the end of the road, where it intersects with the National Highway 58. From here, you can either continue straight or take a left to reach the Marine Drive area. Keep walking for about 3 km until you see the sign for Barrage Colony; Marine Drive is just beyond that.

    From any central location in Rishikesh, such as Trimbakeshwar Temple, you can hire an auto rickshaw. Tell the driver to take you to Marine Drive or Barrage Colony. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure to mention the address '37GP+JXF, Barrage Colony' to the driver to avoid any confusion.
