If you're starting from the Laxman Jhula area, head south towards the river. Follow the road along the riverbank, passing by the various shops and eateries. Continue walking until you reach the end of the road, where it intersects with the National Highway 58. From here, you can either continue straight or take a left to reach the Marine Drive area. Keep walking for about 3 km until you see the sign for Barrage Colony; Marine Drive is just beyond that.

From any central location in Rishikesh, such as Trimbakeshwar Temple, you can hire an auto rickshaw. Tell the driver to take you to Marine Drive or Barrage Colony. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure to mention the address '37GP+JXF, Barrage Colony' to the driver to avoid any confusion.

If you're comfortable riding a bike, you can rent one from a local rental shop in Rishikesh. Head towards the main road leading out of town and follow the signs towards the National Highway 58. Once on the highway, keep an eye out for the Barrage Colony sign, which is approximately 7 km from the town center. Turn off the highway when you reach the sign and follow the road leading toward Marine Drive.

You can take a local bus from the Rishikesh bus stand that heads towards Neelkanth. Ask the conductor or driver to drop you off at Barrage Colony. Once you get off the bus, it’s a short walk to Marine Drive, following the signs or asking locals for directions.
