Walking
If you are starting from the Mall Road, head towards the Gaiety Theatre. From the theatre, take the road down towards the Scandal Point. Once you reach Scandal Point, continue walking straight on the Circular Road. You will pass by various shops and eateries. Keep an eye out for local signs that indicate the direction towards Victory Tunnel. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will reach Victory Tunnel, which is located on Circular Road, close to Bawa Market.

If you are near the Shimla Railway Station, exit the station and turn left. Walk straight along the road for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Circular Road. Turn right onto Circular Road and continue walking straight. You will pass through a bustling market area. After about 15 minutes, look for signs pointing towards Victory Tunnel. The tunnel will be on your left side along the Circular Road.
Rickshaw
You can hire a local rickshaw from various points in Shimla, such as the Mall Road or outside the railway station. Inform the rickshaw driver that you want to go to Victory Tunnel. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right on Circular Road near Bawa Market, from where it's just a short walk to the tunnel.
