If you are near the city center, head towards the Kerala State Secretariat. From there, walk straight to the intersection of MG Road and University Road. Take a right onto University Road, and continue walking until you reach the Kanakakunnu Palace. Captain Lakshmi Park is located adjacent to the palace, and you will see the entrance to the park on your left.

Bus
Take any local bus heading towards the Kanakakunnu stop. Buses are frequent and affordable. Once you arrive at the Kanakakunnu bus stop, disembark and walk towards the Kanakakunnu Palace, which will be directly in front of you. The entrance to Captain Lakshmi Park is located next to the Palace, to your left.

Auto Rickshaw
You can hire an auto rickshaw from anywhere in Trivandrum. Ask the driver to take you to Captain Lakshmi Park or Kanakakunnu Palace. The ride is usually short and costs around 50-100 INR, depending on your starting point. The park is right next to the Palace, so you can easily spot it when you arrive.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Trivandrum. Follow MG Road towards the University Road. Once on University Road, continue cycling until you reach the Kanakakunnu Palace. The park is adjacent to the palace, and you can easily access it from there.
