Auto-Rickshaw
Start from the City Palace, which is a central landmark in Udaipur. Take an auto-rickshaw heading towards Trident Road. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Inform the driver to take you to Bada Mahal, located near Haridas Ji Ki Magri. They should know the area well. Once you arrive, look for signs directing you to the museum entrance.
Walking
If you are near Fateh Sagar Lake, you can walk to Bada Mahal. Head south towards the main road and turn left onto Fateh Sagar Road. Continue straight until you reach Trident Road. Turn right and continue walking for about 20-25 minutes. You will see Bada Mahal on your left along Trident Road. Look for the entrance marked for the museum.
Local Bus
From the bus station in Udaipur, take a local bus that heads towards Haridas Ji Ki Magri. Ask the conductor to drop you off at the nearest stop to Trident Road. Once you get off, walk towards Trident Road, which is nearby, and follow the road until you see Bada Mahal. It should take around 30-40 minutes in total.
