Walking
If you are starting from the City Palace, head south towards Jagdish Temple. Once you reach Jagdish Temple, continue walking straight towards the main road (Bapu Bazar). From Bapu Bazar, turn right and walk towards the intersection with Fateh Sagar Lake visible on your left. Continue straight until you reach the T intersection near the lake, then turn left onto Fateh Sagar Road. Follow this road for about 1.5 km until you see the sign for Badi Talab on your right.

From the City Palace area, walk to the nearest bus stop (for example, at the bus stand near the clock tower). Take a public bus heading towards Fateh Sagar Lake. Get off at the Fateh Sagar Lake stop. From there, it's a short walk (approximately 10-15 minutes) along Fateh Sagar Road until you see signs for Badi Talab on your left.

Find an auto rickshaw from a nearby stand (you can find them near the City Palace or Jagdish Temple). Tell the driver 'Badi Talab.' The ride should take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will take you directly to Badi Talab, and you can enjoy the scenic views along the way.
