Start at the Jagdish Temple, located in the Old City area. From the temple, head east on Jagdish Temple Rd. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with City Palace Rd. Turn left onto City Palace Rd. Walk along this road for about 500 meters, and you will see the entrance to Udaipur City Palace on your right.

To take a rickshaw, find a nearby rickshaw stand or hail one from the street. Tell the driver you want to go to Udaipur City Palace (you can say 'City Palace' in Hindi: 'Shehar ka Mahal'). The driver will take you through the Old City, and you will arrive at the palace. The fare should be around 50-100 INR depending on your starting point.

If you prefer public transport, locate the nearest bus stop and check for a local bus heading towards the Old City. Board the bus and get off at the 'City Palace' stop. From there, it’s a short walk of about 200 meters to the entrance of Udaipur City Palace.
