Walking
If you are in the city center near Sayaji Garden, head southeast towards Ashok Nagar. Continue straight onto Mandvi Road. After about 1.5 km, you will reach Sulemani Pol, where the Ganesh Mahotsav is celebrated. Look for the vibrant decorations and crowds as you approach the area.
Auto-Rickshaw
From the railway station, take an auto-rickshaw and tell the driver 'Sulemani Pol, Mandvi'. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic. You will pass through busy streets, and the driver should be familiar with the Ganesh Mahotsav location. Ensure to have cash ready for payment.
Public Bus
You can catch a public bus from the Vadodara Central Bus Station. Look for buses heading towards Mandvi or Sulemani Pol. It’s about a 20-minute ride. Once you get off at Sulemani Pol, follow the crowd or ask locals for directions to the Ganesh Mahotsav festivities.
Bicycle Rental
For a more adventurous route, consider renting a bicycle from a local rental shop. Start from the city center and head towards Mandvi via Mandvi Road. The distance is about 2 km, and you will enjoy the scenic views along the way. Once you reach Sulemani Pol, you’ll see the festivities.
