If you're starting from the Sayaji Garden area, head southeast towards the Sayaji Road. Continue walking straight for about 750 meters until you reach the intersection with Bapu Nagar Road. Turn left onto Bapu Nagar Road and walk for about 300 meters. You will see the Yavteshwar Stepwell on your left, located at P-25, Doctors Quarters, Bareja, Sayajiganj. The stepwell is marked with a sign, making it easier to identify.

From any location in Old City, you can hire an auto-rickshaw to Yavteshwar Stepwell. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'P-25, Doctors Quarters, Bareja, Sayajiganj.' The fare should range between 30 to 50 INR depending on your starting point. Rickshaw drivers are generally familiar with the landmark, so you can also show them the address if needed.

You can take a local bus heading towards Sayajiganj. Board at any nearby bus stop and confirm with the conductor that the bus goes towards Sayajiganj. Once you arrive at the Sayajiganj bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 500 meters to reach the Yavteshwar Stepwell. Head east along the main road and turn left onto Bapu Nagar Road, where you will find the stepwell on your right.
