Walking
If you are at the Varanasi Railway Station, exit the station and head towards the main road. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the intersection with the main road (Goverdhan Ghat Road). Continue walking straight, passing by local shops and eateries. After approximately 1 km, you will arrive at Maidagin Chowk. From there, turn right into Maidagin Street and continue for about 500 meters. Bhartendu Harishchandra Udhyan will be on your left, opposite Town Hall.

Auto-Rickshaw
From the Dashashwamedh Ghat area, find an auto-rickshaw by the roadside. Tell the driver 'Bhartendu Harishchandra Udhyan, Opp. Town Hall, Maidagin'. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right across from the park entrance.

Cycle Rickshaw
If you are near the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, you can hire a cycle rickshaw. Request the rickshaw puller to take you to Bhartendu Harishchandra Udhyan. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, and you will enjoy the local sights along the way. The rickshaw will drop you off at Maidagin, and the park will be directly in front of you.

Public Bus
If you prefer public transport, look for a bus heading towards Maidagin. Buses are frequent from various parts of Varanasi. Get off at the Maidagin stop, which is about a 5-minute walk from Bhartendu Harishchandra Udhyan. After getting off, head towards the Town Hall, and the park will be opposite it.
