Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Varanasi Junction Railway Station, exit the station and head south towards the main road. Walk along the road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Mall Road. Take a left onto Mall Road and continue straight for another 500 meters until you see the sign for Rajghat. From there, follow the signs leading towards the Ghats. You will eventually reach Namo Ghat Phase 0, which is just off the main pathway along the banks of the Ganges.

You can hire an auto-rickshaw from any point in Varanasi to Namo Ghat Phase 0. Tell the driver to take you to 'Rajghat' or 'Namo Ghat'. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Rajghat, ask the driver to drop you at the ghat area; from there, Namo Ghat Phase 0 is just a short walk along the riverbank.
