From the city center of Visakhapatnam, head to the nearest auto rickshaw stand. You can find them near popular locations such as RK Beach or Jagadamba Junction. Inform the driver that you want to go to Thotlakonda, which is approximately 18 kilometers away. The driver should take you towards the coastal road, passing through Bheemili. Once you reach the junction on the way to Thotlakonda, the driver will guide you to the entrance of the site.

Public Bus
Start your journey by heading to the Dwaraka Nagar bus station. Look for buses going towards Bheemili. Board any bus that is heading in that direction. After reaching Bheemili, get off at the Bheemili bus stop. From there, you can either hire an auto rickshaw or walk approximately 4 kilometers to reach Thotlakonda. The walk will take you through local paths and will provide a glimpse of the local culture.

Cycle Rickshaw
If you prefer a more leisurely pace, you can hire a cycle rickshaw from any local area in Visakhapatnam. Inform the rickshaw puller that you want to go to Thotlakonda. The journey will be longer than an auto rickshaw but will allow you to enjoy the scenery along the way. The rickshaw will take you through the main roads and drop you off at the entrance of Thotlakonda.
