From any point along Ramakrishna Beach, head towards the main beach walkway that runs parallel to the shoreline. Continue walking along this path, enjoying the ocean views. After approximately 10 to 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the end of the beach where the path leads up to a small hill. Ascend the hill, which is well-marked and has steps. At the top, you will arrive at Vizag Scandal Point, which offers stunning views of the coastline and the city.

Auto-rickshaw
If you prefer not to walk, you can take an auto-rickshaw from anywhere in Ramakrishna Beach. Simply flag down an auto-rickshaw and tell the driver 'Vizag Scandal Point' or show them the address: 'P869+22R, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530003'. The ride will take around 5 to 10 minutes, depending on traffic. The fare should be approximately INR 50 to INR 100, so confirm the price before starting your journey.

For a more leisurely pace, consider renting a bicycle from one of the rental shops near Ramakrishna Beach. Once you have your bike, cycle along the beachfront path towards the end of the beach. Follow the same walking route described earlier, transitioning from the beachfront path to the hill leading up to the Scandal Point. This will be a scenic ride of about 15 to 20 minutes.
