Getting There

  If you're driving from Munnar, take the Munnar-Mattupetty Road (also known as SH 16). Follow this road for about 10 kilometers until you reach the Mattupetty Dam. Continue straight for another 2 kilometers, and you will see signs indicating 'Echo Point.' Turn left onto the road leading to Echo Point, which is approximately 3 kilometers away. The road is well-maintained, and parking is available near the viewpoint.

  From Munnar, you can catch a local bus to Mattupetty. Buses run frequently, and the fare is typically around INR 20-30. Once you reach Mattupetty, you can hire a local taxi or an auto-rickshaw to Echo Point. The taxi ride will cost you around INR 300-400. The distance from Mattupetty to Echo Point is about 3 kilometers, and the drivers are familiar with the route.

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from any location in the Western Ghats, such as Munnar or Thekkady.
