Walking
From your current location in Anderson, head towards East 8th Street and turn left. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Broadway Street. Turn right on Broadway and walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Anderson Community Center. From there, follow the signs to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the corner of Broadway and 10th Street.

At the bus stop you just reached, look for the route that heads towards Greenville. Board the bus and confirm with the driver that it stops at the Greenville Zoo. Once you arrive at your destination, disembark and follow the signs to the zoo entrance, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

Bicycle
If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local rental shop in Anderson. Start at the Anderson City Park and ride south on Park Avenue. Continue straight, passing through neighborhoods until you reach the intersection with Highway 81. Turn left and follow the highway signs to Greenville, where you can find bike lanes leading directly to the Greenville Zoo.
